Calitone 5-Year Limited Warranty

At Calitone, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we make. We’re committed to ensuring your pickups, wiring harnesses, and electronics deliver exceptional tone and reliable performance for years to come.

Warranty Coverage

This 5-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for five (5) years from the date of original purchase. During this period, Calitone will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product or component found to be defective at no charge to the original purchaser.

What’s Covered

  • Electrical component failures due to manufacturing defects (pots, switches, jacks, capacitors, PCBs, and solderless terminals).

  • Pickup coil or lead wire failures resulting from normal use.

  • Premature degradation of parts caused by defective materials or craftsmanship.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (including oxidation, plating wear, or aging of components).

  • Damage caused by improper installation, modification, misuse, or accidents.

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.

  • Damage caused by exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or environmental factors.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

How to Make a Claim

Please contact us at customerservice@calitonepickups.com with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and installation, if applicable

Once reviewed, we’ll provide return or replacement instructions. In most cases, you’ll be responsible for shipping the defective product to Calitone; we’ll cover return shipping for repaired or replaced items.

Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Calitone’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Calitone is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
