When Will My Order Ship?

Standard Orders:

Build To Order Items (pickups):

  • 1 -  14 business days (Excludes weekends and public holidays)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. We use real-time USPS rates to ensure you only pay what the carrier charges.

Our fulfillment team and trusted carriers work hard to deliver your parcel within the estimated timeframe. On rare occasions, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control — such as postal disruptions, severe weather, or peak holiday traffic.

If your package is ever lost in transit, we’ll promptly reship your order or issue a full refund.

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses.

What to Do if Your Parcel Hasn’t Arrived
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.

Use your tracking link to follow your parcel’s progress and contact the carrier directly if it appears to be delayed.
