Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Items showing signs of installation, modification, soldering, cut or altered wiring, damaged components, excessive wear, missing parts, or other customer-caused damage may be subject to a reduced refund based on the condition of the item or may be ineligible for a refund if the item cannot reasonably be resold.
For non-defective returns, the applicable return shipping charge and 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable. Shipping Protection is a separate service purchased to provide protection for the original shipment and is considered fulfilled once the order has been delivered. The cost of Shipping Protection will therefore not be included in any product refund.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are also non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Calitone Pickups & Wiring or a defective product.
If your return is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
